HOW IT WORKS
Growers should worry about flowers, not about whether a wholesaler in Düsseldorf will pay their invoice in 60 days. We sit between you and the buyer's risk: we get paid on the buyer's terms, you get paid on a weekly schedule, in EUR, on the day we promised.
Two clearing rails. AI2 platform for buyers who already pay through that ledger — settles automatically against an open book. KWA / Royal FloraHolland clock-number for buyers who clear on the auction's own infrastructure. In both cases the money flows on the trade's existing rails. No extra Flowerport invoice on top.
If a buyer defaults, the loss stays with us, not with you. That's the bridge.

Funds clear to your account by Wednesday EOD. Even if a buyer hasn't paid us yet — that's our problem, not yours.

What does it cost?
Service costs are negotiated per farm based on volume, mix and channel split. They're part of the partner agreement and shown on every weekly statement — itemised, not bundled into the price.
In which currencies do you pay out?
EUR by default. For growers in Kenya and Ethiopia we can also pay USD on request — settled at the ECB mid-rate from the close-of-week.
How do you handle a buyer that won't pay?
We carry the risk. Our team chases the debt — letters, third-party collection, sometimes the courts. The grower's weekly settlement runs untouched. The buyer's line is suspended until they settle.
